Metal as hell
This definitely seems like it's going to be the most polarizing part of Kingdom. People can be on the fence about Beasts vs Bots, price for size and paint v ports but this really seems like a "you like it or you don't."
This is, for me, a quirky concept where I appreciate seeing the attempt yet I have no interest in owning it.
Kids love dinos, once they see a bone Trex that you can pull apart on the shelf, the figure will move itself, specially if it’s out by christmas
This looks very cool, nice to see something a bit off the wall
Ractonite just needs a Spaceman Spiff and Stupendous Man pair of Targetmasters/Battle Masters. And maybe a Hobbes repaint of Lionizer.
Ractonite is actually Paleotrex
I have a hunch Paleotrex here will get a silver repaint as a Maximal in some form, likely as a Gen Selects release or in a set. All Weaponisers and Modulators so far have had at least one redeco, and a silver Maximal redeco would make more sense for Primal’s mace and possibly Dinobot’s sword, while also driving home the figure’s knight asthetic.
Theres something very Clive Barker about that gif. Like it has such wonderful sights to show me
Definitely not for me, but I do find it to be a funny take.
Robots that are dinosaur bones, I have to admit that I don't know how they came up with it, and I'd see this more like a completely different series than Transformers as it really doesn't make any sense in any way.
But heck, I hope that all of you that like it will enjoy it!
Heck I'm not even saying that I might not end up getting one, but I wouldn't pair it with my Transformers, as it gives me more of a "magical" thing vibe and would be for fiddling with it.
PaleoTrex look so metal and 90's in all the right places. Can't wait to see what the other fossilizers will look like if he's any indication.
The dino-skeletons look good, but the robot mode looks weird. They should\'ve made them look more like the Terminator T-800 NECA figures. I do look forward to see these in stores.
Because of the aesthetics I know this is going to be one of those divisive things among the fan base, but for what the concept is, I'm into it.
If that ends up being a theme it suggests a rather brutal prospect.
While Weaponizers became weapons and combined with allies, in the Beast Wars, the Fossilizers are taken as weapons by force.
Seriously though, if you don't rotate the torso and instead rotate the head 180 degrees it's a near perfect recreation of the OG Dinobot figure.
are they bringing the old 80's Bone Age toys into transformers now? I think they own the line since it was produced by kenner....
Bought. And totally set up for selects releases. I can see this being done in black or silver, or red. Ooo....what about Fossilizer metallics?
Bring em on!
I want to see a Fossilizer Bludgeon now with a pretender shell LOL, really like what I am seeing here though.
Someone else already said it but every dinosaur exhibit, every musesum should be carrying this.
Much like the Kennedy space center should be carrying skylinx and the micromaster guys with NASA on it
I want to see this fozzilizer given a Pretender shell of its own in the form of an organic looking dinosaur.
I could not resist
