It does feel like a bit of a jip that Rhino and Bull are the same overall sculpt... not sure why they went that route. Regardless, I'm still lovin' it so far.

They did that because it's easier to form the combined form if the legs have the same basic transformation. It's more of a design shortcut than anything else.

Hopefully retooling rather than entirely new molds means cheaper price.

    Bet you it won't.

Even FP charged more for there Insecticon retools and those moulds were paid off with the Ninjecticons.

One can only hope for a decent price.

I really prefer this over UT's version. Can't wait to see some final shots with paint apps.

It didn't work that way for Uranos.

To play both sides of the fence here.

MMC has been hitting some low prices since Shockwave and the Seekers. $169 and $85 was a very reasonable price for those figures. You can also add that Mech Ideas is related to MMC and the price on the Demolition Crue is even better than FP pricing.

I personally think it is too soon to even guess on a price for the Ferocicons. They are highly detailed but we don't know the exact size, paint apps and engineering envolved with this project.

Right now I can see this costing as much or less than the UT version.

If these guy are priced like the seekers, with razorclaw $20 to $30 higher I will be all over them.

If MMC's pricing is as good as it's been for seekers and the rest, then it would be same if not cheaper pricing than UT's SMALLER Predaking.

    Ebay:
MMC can beat all by beating out UT with 60-75 per figure

well, they would certainly completely rock the 3rd party pricing world for having a product come out at the same time approx that would be bigger, cheaper, and better (imo).

Well if you look at the Uranos bots, they actually are completely different molds. The engineering is exactly the same, which I'm sure saves money, but definitely not as much as if they actually shared some identical parts to cut down on mold costs.

As low as the price sounds cuz of the TFC and UT combiner prices I see it as very doable. FP is trying for a 50 and 80 price point on small Deluxes and a Voyager. These are bigger yes but once again we need to recall the very fair pricing on the HoS stuff starting from Cyclops.

If the price was 60-75 I would be tempted to buy multiples. I think it will be more in the 75-90 range though.

If it's 60-75, there's no way I will be able to resist this. D:
