Not sure if its been addressed but, the sword is made partially from the individual knives/swords. It looks as though the whole thing comes apart.

Yeah, it's been mentioned a couple of times.

I think it's pretty cool looking and reminds me of the Infinity Warfare sets that came out not too long ago. I wonder if they will be transparent (blades), or not?

I love transparent but for this I want it solid and I don't know why. Maybe each robot can come with a solid piece and a transparent piece ala TFC.

This may sound wierd, but I hope they all have tails (when appropriate). Even if they partsformed, it would make the alt modes look better, in my opinion of course. From the looks of it, they are sorely lacking. Did they have tails in the cartoon/comics?

Edit: looking at pics of the old GI alt modes, they do have stubby tails. I guess I'd rather have none at all than something like this.

I don't really have a preference either way, but I am curious to see the final product.

My train of thought was more along the lines of, if a figure has a transparent weapon, it usually means that the figure itself will feature some transparent parts. Like light piping or what have you.

Really can't wait to see more of these guys.

Its MMC. All of their previous figures have glorious lightpiping, so...

...so does that mean transparent bladed weapons are almost a given?

I think it would be a clearer indication that at the least, there will be some lightpiping somewhere in the final products. =p

Interesting -looking up "WATER BUFFALO" in Google Images gives a range of horn display, just none of them face forward like tantrum. Look up "AFRICAN BULL" and some of the pics are definately Tantrum. Good old G1 -As accurate as ever. :)

I'm definately a little disappointed at the animal legs being at the side rather than under the alt mode. Not very realistic or animal accurate. Will have to see what future colored pics look like.

This thread has turned into a dispute over what species/type of animal tantrum is. What happened to discussing about the product?

It's kinda confusing to have two active Feroricon threads. Also, we're exposed to the same talk about bovines (and see Daimchoc's pic) twice. Is it possible to merge the two?
