Wait, so there are other people that have been taken by this guy and I've happened to miss the thread all this time? Sheesh... He got me for 47.99 on a pair of claws and swords for the second run of for MMC's Rex back in 2014. After he never delivered on that, he promised via mutual agreement a set of IGear Seeker weapons/heads for Starscream, Skywarp, and Thundercracker. I haven't received any follow up communication from Dr. K. since January of 2016 even after 2 inquires since then. I think Its way to late to lodge a Paypal dispute...

 

Try contacting him through his GCI Facebook page by messenger. It's the only way I had any luck with him. He seems to be doing better about responding there lately, and quicker with refunds. I got mine pretty quickly after reminding him on messenger. It was only a partial refund on my order. Still holding out hope for my Brute Gun sets.

 

He hasn't replied to me on Facebook in a week, that's why I went ahead and filed he PayPal claim

Okay, I must agree that he's not handling this well. Like, at all. He needs to step in and do something because this is getting ridiculous. If he wants us to believe him, this isn't the way about getting it to happen.

Well I just got my refund, interesting he can't reply to emails or even mail out items when he says he did, but open a PayPal claim and you get a refund that day

 

so…

• the one guy came here and all over the net being relentless and annoying calling this guy a crook
• a bunch of peeps said "he's fucking great, don't worry about it"
• now a few peeps are like "no toys, no refunds…wtf?"

Welllllllll, you guys pretty much scared me from doing a purchase through this guy. I just asked for a refund so lets see how it goes.

 

I have been described as relentless in the past. When I want to get a message out that I think is important I tend to not half ass it.

 

He told you it was in the mail on the 4th and it wasn't. And didn't refund you until you escalated the claim? That is pretty shady. He could have straight with you and avoided the whole situation.

 

I had a similar experience with those claws a few years ago. He held onto my money for several months but I finally got a refund. It was enough to never want anything to do with him again.

 

To be fair, I didn't request a refund till today, but he told me it was in the mail on the 3rd, the label was created on the 4th and that was the end of it. A preshipment label does not equal in the mail

It's the outright lie and radio silence that made me file the claim

There's a backlog after this. I still haven't seen it myself. People heard there was drama going down and the requests to join come flooding in. The pending list is out the door and around the building. You know how people are, they just love to rubberneck.
