I'd like to see XTB try their hand at an Arcee. I'm sure it'll look better, have higher quality, and lower price tag than Takara's.

They showed a render of a fembot last year and it looked terrible. Given the variety of MP Arcee's already available and announced (MMC/OX, FT, Takara), not sure what point there'd be in putting capital into a saturated market.

I would have liked a two pack of four new ones, one in bike mode and one in not mode together in one fantastic package.

Saturated market? As if that's slowed the Springer releases, the current Menasor releases, or the movieverse Optimus/Bumblebee releases? Honestly, I don't think market saturation has ever been much of a consideration from any party involved, which arguably goes hand in hand with the notion that variety of options is great for the consumer!

It did. Two of them delayed over a year beyond their expected release dates because of there being so many initially announced in proximity to one another.
DX9 basically stopped theirs, FT took a slow but steady approach to releases of the team members, and XTB, who should be focused on completing theirs to get a full Menasor into market first which was their prime advantage since the beginning, now seems to be putting other products ahead of finishing their set promptly.
I don't follow other lines that may have completely different market dynamics. We're talking G1 MPs here.
It absolutely has. Almost every single time it has happened with G1 MPs, it damaged the capability of one or more of the companies involved, resulting in a slowdown of future release plans or an overhaul of their roadmap, or a disappearance of the company, at least under the brand name used at the time.
Having variety is great. And we have variety in MP Arcee already, which is great. It's a separate topic from a discussion around market saturation, the problem producers face when they all try to do the same thing and can't all be the first one to deliver and capture the majority of the demand they were each planning on when they funded their project.
    lol :)

    1. Alien Attack (Keith's more movie-centric line that produced roughly two figures before folding)
    2. KFC (Keith's Fantasy Club, the main company that kicked it all off when he was producing tape bots)
    3. X-Transbots (the company currently producing his Stunticons)

Cool story bro. Cool in a good way. Like as in... not being sarcastic. :D

If they have ratchet joints for the side to side movement of the hips, then I might buy one... but Crash Hog doesn't have it, so I think these ones might not have ratchets as well...

I had the 2 out of 3 MP Arcees and sold them all cause something was off, but in my eyes TT did a good job(I don't mind the low boobs) and poseability is phenomenal.

What exactly is the difference between this Dumpyard and the previously released versions (standard and metallic)? Is it just a reissue of the standard Dumpyard?

I think it's just a re-issue of the standard original. It just always seemed weird to have only one metallic Junkion release, it's not gonna match Wreck-Gar or any others

So that's another $400(hopefully) in new Junkions I'm gonna have to buy.
