He looks to "flat," bland (even for a render), and his proportions look all wrong. Like they Stretch Armstrong'ed him, everything has a "squeeze" look to it for me. I'm not a fan of FH's Ginrai but that feels more like Ginrai then this does. I don't know if they fired the "Simba team" but something has definitely been lacking in a lot of KFC designs and releases since then.

 

The truck mode looks good. The base mode looks good. That robot isn't it, though. It needs to take some ques from Power Baser's proportioning.

 

Needs work obviously. I don't know why its so hard to keep any section from transformation away from popping up behind his head. I hate that on just about every iteration done except for Xovergen, which I dumped due to the quality being exactly what you had expected for it when it was out.

However, I will give KFC props on proportions, base mode, and the fact you can put a car in the trailer. I may be able to forgive my other complaints but still hoping they can clean that up back up though.

Nope, from masterforce on, regardless of alt. mode, almost every character that wasn’t a Decepticon leader or citybot was the size of a carbot.

Looks like an early render but his nappy isn't full like Powerbaser so he's already looking better.

Pieced together from tekering's and Grifter Prime's scale charts (links attached to both names), both which pull directly from official books, reference materials and guides.

 

On the one hand, a potentially better-looking MP-scale Powermaster Prime.

On the other hand....................KFC. That part has me much less enthused, especially since complaints about their Skids indicate they still haven't made any huge efforts to improve QC.

Cautious optimism.

Maketoys did it already.
Iron factory even did a pocket scale already.

Abandon this project. Move on. Make something that no one else is doing.

 

All the above are very stylised. We need a slavish g1 version with top end articulation.
