Have I just travelled back in time 2 years?

 

Prefer this to the DX9 version for the same reason I never got Tyrant (despite having and loving both Carry and Terror)... the shoulders.

 

I'm real tossed between the two. DX9 looks great but those feet... oof. But then both have MP seeker-esk details that I'm not liking -- KFC has sliding/collapsing legs, DX9 has intake shoulders that aren't accurate. I like the interesting looking transformation DX9 has, like with the legs.

I think it's all going to come down to the alt mode appearances.

 

I think I'm messed in the brain, the closer it gets to its release, the uglier it looks, to me. Hrmm

 

This really does look nice. I really like the look of Gerwalt too and I like how solid DX9's stuff is. I'm gonna have to see how each of them scales and how each of them turns out when complete.

And that's going to be a real bitch. DX9 will put theirs out within the year but KFC?? I think it might have a long wait on my hands before both of these can be judged fairly.

MP Blitzwing has been my #1 want for some time. I guess I can wait a bit longer.

 

To be fair, Chigurh and Ditka are indeed tow of the worst names I've heard...possibly ever. Gewalt isn't much better.

where is the tank's artillery barrel? kind of went 95% of the way with the G1ness and dropped by the ball if its not there in my opinion. overrall silhouette and details look good though.

 

I'm sure they didn't leave it out, it's probably on the factory floor along with his right index finger hahaha.

 

And why doesn't it have any color? Blitzwing wasn't just completely white in the G1 cartoon. This is ridiculous!

Maybe turret should be slightly longer and visor should be smaller, but I still feel Blitzwing from Ditka more than from Gewalt.

love that face sculpt   agreed maybe the turrent could be a tad longer there , be able to see more if it does or not when we get a pic from a different angle with the turret attatched , the nozzle of the turret looks like it needs changing but thats me being way too picky

Beautiful man. There it is. Not sure why peeps thought it wouldn't be included. I mentioned before it was a prototype and probably just wasn't screwed or pinned on at the time.  . Good to see it though.
