I saw someone in a FB group post finding MPM Starscream for 45. Did a brickseek search and it's showing Newport and Milford OH Targets in stock at that price
I’m planning on getting one at Milford and doing a “price swap” with the one I got for $75 last week. Essentially I’m going to return the Milford one to Newport with my receipt for the $75 one
I was at Newport Target yesterday and didn't see him on the shelf anymore. It guess it's possible they put some more out or they were hidden somewhere else, though! I even checked the endcaps where they tend to stick clearance items. So maybe there WILL be one at Newport shortly...
There's a single Gung-Ho stealthily hidden at Wal-Mart in Richmond. Bottom shelf on top of the Lightning Collection Power Morphers. (See attached photo). Hamburg Target was cleared of MPM 10, with no evidence of a discount deeper than 50%, and it looks like aside from another Doubledealer, nothing else new anywhere in Hamburg.
Earlier today I did my MPM Starscream swap at Newport. The one I returned was unopened so he should be on the shelf and available at $45 (they didn’t change the sign yet). Also when I was there earlier one of the guys in toys went back to get MPM Ratchet who was sadly register locked until tonight at 9 pm. Can confirm now that he is delocked!! I picked up the one they put on hold since I was there at 2 pm trying to get him when I got regilocked. I’m not sure if the second one is in the back or on the shelf
Don’t open that ratchet till u see if they end up taking that 50% dive only a few wks after hitting shelves.. it’s unlikely, I feel ratchet will be more sought after, bought up quickly though..? But that’s just my thoughts..
Preston walmart has 2 cases of the gi joe Awe striker on the pallets. Grabbed a worlds smallest battle cat , prime & starscream from O loop target.lol They’ve been putting them up front with the pokemon cards.
Checked out Hamburg and Reynolds Rd/Nich Rd stores. A whole lot of nothing. Did find a lone DoubleCrosser at Reynolds Rd Meijer. Saw a couple Blitzwings at Hamburg Target. No GI Joes, no Star Wars Black restocks, Transformers bare minimum excepts Cyberverse Arcee BAF at Hamburg Meijer, and a Lord Dakkon if anyone still needed him.
I was tempted...very tempted...but I didn't want to sink money into another line. Transformers and GI joe is enough as it is...and I am still debating the Mandalorian figures from SW...or the Siths and Jedis. Dakkon and Ranger Slayer was only 2 I would have got.
If money weren't a concern, I'd probably be into Transformers, GI Joe, Marvel Legends, and He-Man currently. But, the bills don't pay themselves, so just Transformers it is.
I sold all my marvel legends. Only bought back pieces of them I thought I could use to make custom Joes. Unfortunately there aren't even any Marvel Legends in town right now unless you wanna pay markup at the comic shops. Didn't much care for the new He-man stuff. Did see a few Hemans and Skeletors on Nich Rd...and one awe striker but I am not doing the retro line. I did like the Masters of Universe Classics but they are too pricey to get now.
Found a tiny starscream in the Necca section at Indiana target.. oh and picked up an ER version of direct hit and power punch since I had the Siege ones already..
I've generally tried to avoid that particular rabbit hole. You can't argue with the small amount of shelf space they take up, though.
That seems to be a listing for a Fortnite Squad pack It was entirely because I can "close enough" them into my TF collection at first. Cobbling together Mega Joes and Cobras. But now that Mega MotU is a thing, all the Halo figures are being absorbed into that head canon.
If Hasbro would liscense gi joe to mega construx it would be so perfect. Theyve updated the mega molds yet again with ankle rotation. First time noticing it with the chick from the infinity wave.
