Not much of an update, but something. Show.Z Store has listed an estimated release date of 1st quarter 2019.
Not sure if being closer to production (than USA) gives them more insight, but it's some estimation rather than just "the future!"

 

Robot toy base has January 31st. I really can't this set, wish we had any clue at all.

Well i ordered it, Ill let you know if they ship out soon. the order has been processed and purchased. now i wait and see how long they take to ship out to the warehouse. i feel like im cutting it close if this vendor takes their sweet arse time. good thing is, they are only 1 hour away from the superbuy warehouse though. Of the 5 items i ordered last night, aus time, 3 have been shipped locally already. some vendors are definitely better than others. 14 days until the superbuy warehouse shuts down for CNY.

sounds like a lot of time, but some vendors take 6-7 days to ship to the warehouse. then that trip can take 1-3 days. completing a shipping process entirely can take 1-3 days as well.

Sure. Make sure you download the Aliwang desktop/laptop message app so you can communicate with the seller. You may need to do the mobile phone point at screen process to translate the text during the installation process.
As far as using the Taobao site itself goes, I find it much more convenient to use it on my desktop or laptop. That way I can browse along the site using Google Chrome browser. Chrome browser settings allow for automatically changing foreign website test to English.

31 dollars difference, in favor of taobao. Well showz does usually has free shipping but if your spreading out taobao crap, shipping evens out and will be less than 31 on that figure.

 

If Showz has it for $31 less then hey go with ShowZ.

 

no doubt. howev, its 31 dollars more at showz. sorry, i didnt clarify. my communication skills lack from time to time. my mind gets lost due to work/family requirements. plus im a few fries short of a happy meal.

 

Oh ok. In that case I'd just wait till we get concrete news that the reissue is a week or so away from actually hitting the streets. At that point you'll see more Taobao sellers with preorder deposit listings up.
