I just got that cool set today. It's GF Galaxy Convoy, Nitro Convoy, Live Convoy, Flame Convoy and Ligerjack. Each figure comes with additional parts to ultimately form the super mode for Galaxy Convoy. All toys (made of rubbery parts with pegs and holes) "transform" as in, you detach the parts and re-attach them differently to form the alternate mode. All figures are super detailed. Really fun and challenging! I was able to create a Liger Convoy combination who looks pretty cool.

Also got that other Kabaya set made of Sonic Bomber, Galaxy Convoy and Ligerjack (made of plastic this time). They half transform, half detach/reattach, are really accurate and you can do the Sonic Liger Convoy configuration as well.
