Why are we going to hold celebrities culpable for their actions, that their fame can bring unforseen consequences? Well this stinks. Don't you dare say it was just a paprazzi, it's a life-GONE! Thanks to who? He just wanted to take a picture of Bieber, but flew a little to close to the sun. By sun I mean the car's headlights.

 

I am far from a Bieber fan, but I reaaaally do not think he was to blame for this. Like the article said, he wasn't even around when the photos were taken initially, and the dude needed to be more aware of his surroundings while crossing the street.

 

There is absolutely no way in hell Bieber is to blame for that, he wasn't even there for goodness sake

 

This thread is typical of today's society - blame others for bad things happening, instead of the ACTUAL PEOPLE that did the bad things or caused them to happen.

Way to miss the point entirely...the man taking the pictures THOUGHT Bieber was there, and why he was even doing there was because of Bieber's status as a celebrity. Bieber's rise to fame has killed a man, just like how someone got paralyzed making Transformers 3, does that mean Hasbro and Michael Bay is responsible? A resounding yes! They didn't do it themselves but their actions eventually led to this tragedies. Did Charles Manson actually kill anyone himself? No, but he's in prison serving life sentences for deaths he did not cause himself, but inadvertantly.

No. There is no way in hell Bieber is responsible. Bay is responsible for all his employees, and even then it wasn't all his fault. Bieber had nothing to do with this man's death. Manson conspired to commit murder. That's a crime. This guy was a moron who was worried more about a picture than safety, and that's not the celeb's fault.

If the guy died, who the hell's assuming he was trying to take a pic of Bieber? So, it was his car. I won't lie, if I saw a nice Ferrari on the road, I might try and take a pic of it. I ain't stupid to stand in the road, but that was his problem.

Anyway, maybe we should blame Ferrari for making cars so sexy that guys like me get mistaken for Bieber fangirls.
