Looks great. I also love how the 'director' is the least confident person talking about any of it. I'm sure it's becaise as a director she doesn;t get hit up for interviews often, but it;s still kinda amusing. I think the whole thing looks aces thouhg and look forward to seeing it...
Even the voices aren't enough to get me to look past the huge shit they took on the story. Saying this is based on the Tower of Babel JLA arc is like saying the Lion King is based on Hamlet.
leave this be. And here's some stuff you should learn about: The Lion King drew much inspiration from Hamlet. JL: Doom is a Loose adaptation of JLA: Tower Of Babel, they have talking about it for many years.
when it comes to this movie revolving around the seven original founding members of the justice league is it just me or has anyone else noticed that with this movie we are looking at a damn near full return of the t voice cast from the dcau justice league. other then hawkgirl not showing up so far and john stewart and his vocie actor not being involved its damn near a full return to the dcau justice league on the voice actor/actress cast alone 6 out of 7 aint bad for a first try on the matter be nice if we could see the near apocalypse of 09 some day with it being set in dcau continuity as a final last adventure of sorts for batman with the league
im with ultraAlan on this one lars you dont like the guys adaption of the babel storyline thats fine with me your entitled to your opinion as much as any one here is im not arguing with you here on the matter disagree with the mans work but dont disrespect the dead man thats really all im saying
Conroy and Daly just need to do Bats and Supes almost all the time. There are a few instances like Year One where Conroy wouldn't fit, but other than that he is Batman's voice. I can't wait to hear the old Justice League cast back in action.
Just to let you know, Grey DeLisle will be voicing Queen of the Royal Flush Gang. And Steven Blum has been cast for a role.
According to Wikipedia (don't know how accurate that is) a majority of the voice actors from the Timmiverse Justice league will be reprising their roles, which I think is awesome! On another topic, does anyone else out there feel a bit disappointed about the animation choice? Don't get me wrong, it looks good, infact it's the same type of animation used in Young Justice which I like but that's exactly where the problem lies. I've always loved the animation of the Timmiverse, infact I think it's my favourite type used for DC heroes but after it finished although I didn't like like a lot of the animation used in a majority of the DC movies, I've become somewhat used to seeing different takes on on animation and was a bit underwhelmed when they used the young justice animation. Anyone else feel the same way?
