    These are questions I have no answer to so I have to ask.....what is it that Optimus pulls out of megatrons chest at the end and keeps to himself? Also does the hole the cube inflicted have anything to do with galvatrons hole in his chest cavity that we see?

    Yes that was a piece of the AllSpark that OP pulled from Meg's chest. In fact, it was the same piece that OP gave to which US government to put under protection at Diego Garcia that Reesman and Ravage took and the Doc used to then revive Megs with lol.
