I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised to see Grimlock staring up at me when I reached in and grabbed what I thought was junk mail in my apartment mailbox today.

I'm in a rush so I can't check the forum, but did anyone need scans of the article (if it's even allowed) or at least information from the magazine? Or is that only allowed once the magazine hits physical store shelves? (I got it through subscription).

Or is everyone up to speed with the contents and I'm just super late to the party? Just checking just in case.

I will say, the comments in it about the multiplayer customization makes me happy the most.

    FEED US INFORMATION

No scans though, I don't think. Not sure. Ask a mod. Information is totally okay though.

Title: Transformers: Fall of Cybertron - Till All Are One
    Pages: 12

The article begins with a brief discussion on how the TF series is vast and that the fan base is "splintered" into different groups; fans of the 80's cartoon and others from various aspects of 25 year history. Asks what High Moon plans to do to bring those groups together.

*Recaps their attempts with War for Cybertron, discusses how they want to improve on its weaknesses, turned them "into the strengths of the new game." This includes completely rewritten AI from the ground up and putting in transformation in every aspect of the game they could.
*Talks about how it's a somewhat "grimmer place than the last game".
*Discusses new gameplay styles, a broader array of characters, improved variety amongst them.
*"Prime can call down devastating artillery strikes on the field of battle."
*A picture of Cliffjumper shows him with a very a near-identical head to his Prime design.
    * Each character has unique abilities. Jazz has a kind of zip line. Cliffjumper has invisibility.
    * Shockwave studies life forms on Earth and created the Dinobots.
    * Most enemies in FoC are unique to their faction as opposed to re-skins.
    * Players have a weapons system where they can purchase upgrades through Teletraan Terminals which they encounter throughout the game.
    * Players can carry a Primaryand Secondary weapon, one piece of defensive and offensive equipment, and a set of grenades.
    * Cliffjumper and his friend Jazz are on a mission to find the missing Grimlock, a mighty Autobot warrior.
    * Talks about Vortex and Bruticus (More on that later)
    * Massive focus on multiplayer customization: Four distinct character types can each have six distinct body parts, from head to feet, altered between half a dozen options. Each body part affects features like speed, shileding, vehicle armor, and ability regeneration. You can unlock new parts. Pick colors. Pick a voice. Save up to 3 characters in each of the four classes.
    * The camera is placed closer to the character model and a press of a button makes your character change which side of the screen he's on.

Lots and lots of lovely screenshots. I'll try and get round to describing them later but you'll see soon enough anyway. That said, there's a picture of Starscream provoking and then slapping Grimlock. Apparently at this point SS is playable, and then the player is suddenly in control of a very angry Grimlock, who then flings the Decepticon away.

(More coming... I'm editing this post further)

    MORE!! GIVE US MORE!!!

Er I mean, thank you all mighty deity for imparting us lowly mortals with this information. I grovel at your feet sir. :D

Oh hell yeah! I SO want to hug in a very manly fashion everyone at High Moon!

Dammit! I hate having to sacrifice my aesthetic preference for game play effect.

He is indeed, looking very G1 and holding a huge sword and transparent shield. Another shot is of him in robot mode, captured. Starscream is hovering in front of him, gloating.

There's a great shot of him in dinosaur mode, breathing fire. The caption aptly says: "Grimlock's rage will eventually transform him into a roaring dinosaur juggernaut."

I'll describe some of the other pictures shortly.

    I demand more groveling.

Yes! Now there's something amazing to look forward to in 2012 besides the Avengers and the apocalypse!

The MP customization is what's really getting me excited. Giving Shockwave a role is very pleasing, as well. This ought to be a great game.

If I may ask some questions all mighty wise one; bearer of the sacred texts.

Does Starscream look redesigned at all?

Any new characters seen or name dropped?

In Multiplayer do they discuss the classes at all? If so, I would sacrifice one internet beer for as much dirty information you would see fit to impart.

Any pictures of the customization for multiplayer?

Starscream looks unchanged from what I can see, and there's no screens of the customization unfortunately. That's one of the biggest things I was hoping they'd improve on. WFC's was lackluster at best.

Great shot of Jazz facing off against Insecticons which, as the mag points out, are no hassle for Grimlock.

There's a picture of Vortex. I don't see Bruticus, but then I'm non too familiar with him so I could be missing him. But his character bio seems to be on its own, where as the ones for Jazz, Grimlock, Prime, Vortex and Cliffjumper each have a character shot amongst them.

    No mention of Wheeljack, sadly.

It's surprising as hell to see Cliffjumper's face so Prime-like. I mean I love the Prime designs, but the rest of the characters are so Highmoon that it's almost out of place.

The camera is placed closer to the character model and a press of a button makes your character change which side of the screen he's on.

And to each his own, I guess.

If we can get some verification on if partial scans or photos of the pages is fine, I'll get some up. But I'll wait and see what's the official word first. I'm guessing the magazine has to hit store shelves first.
