Hey gang, I know this will be viewed as another one of my mindless, droning threads, but I hope not. Anyways, i'm trying to find somewhere online, aside from frikkin EBAY, where I can sell the giant heap of various sports cards that I have. If anyone knows of anything, please let me know!! Thanks, Jayson
Typically, collectible stores will give 40-60% of their value depending on who you have. I just burned all my sports cards. 90% of the cards produced in the 90s are pretty much worthless. I'm willingly to bet that applies to cards produced today also. You could try Craigslist or Amazon, I guess.
Either that or trying to liquidate them at some sort of sports card / memorobillia show, but yeah, its going to be extremely difficult to get what you paid for them, most likely.
The value has tanked. Easiest just to dump 'em in a lot at a memorabilia store, after digging through them to pull out any hidden gems. Alternatively, I know some folks who have apparently had success selling them overseas, to Asian and Central/South American collectors. But I don't know any details about that.
Sell em to bicycle shops? *put in the spokes* other than that, prepare for major rejection or disappointment.
