If so we just got a very interesting update. They are making an announcement at CES next week. It could be our ship date.
I'm guessing "Pebble" is some kind of product that has a kickstarter for people to fund it's development. When you fund (back) things on kickstarter, a lot of the times the developer(s) will send updates to all backers on it's development. In this case, it looks like the "Pebble" developers sent out an update that the OP thinks is pretty cool.
I fucking love the way people take the time to post a "what?" or something rather than just do a google search. By "love" I mean "absolutely detest".
*DING DING DING DING* we have a winner. Sorry it was kind of a conviluded (sp?) question. The "Pebble" is a bluetooth watch that has been development. The company got their money for it from Kickstarter.com (they raised 10 million dollars for it) it was supposed to come out in SEPT but that didnt happen. The company is making an announcement at CES next week we are hoping it's them saying they are now starting production and will start shipping soon.
On the other hand, it wouldn't kill the thread starter to give a basic explanation of WTF they are talking about in the first place. The watch is interesting, but having the battery only last seven days is a HUGE turn-off, and the price isn't that great either. The last thing I have time to worry about is if my watch battery is dead. I'd love a stripped down version that is just a customizable watch, at half the price and 10x the battery life.
yea I know my bust I realized after I posted it was a jacked up question LOL. Well the good thing is the battery is re-chargeable you just have to plug it in at night and voila good to go. I use my 6 gen Ipod nano as a watch and it just as easy as plugging it into my ipod dock at night so for me at least it wont be a big difference.
oh, ok so its about a watch. (clicks zartan's link) hm. looks nice. black and red is a good colors combo.
Dude, you're not wrong, but a vague OP is worse than "what" and "huh". For one, I have google, for the other I have to buy a new monitor :/
Reminds me of when my mom would tell me to look in a dictionary when I would ask her what a word meant; I would research it myself if I wanted to, but i ask u first because i would trust that you would know what you're talking about....
