i think most retailers sell them as sets cuz shipping only individual figures is not worth the hassle due to the cost of shipping and the low price of the set as a whole. i had to make a special request to the eBay seller who put in a request to a supplier to get it and was kind enough to add it to my YX order. you may have to do something similar by having a seller piggyback shipping off another order to keep the cost lower.

i do know that they are individually available off aliExpress for maybe $7-8 plus shipping i believe, as i found some while figuring out how to get that one WJ figure.

I can’t recommend Jin bao prime and megatron enough. Great desk hand candy.

Both are great, let's hope jinbao is going to do the seekers to.
I now understand the NA collectors, this is a huge step up compared to the last models.
Starting to fiddle around with them more and more.
Edit: If you have Nemesis Prime with the extra hands and you want Megs to have bigger open hand or fists to Box with Prime, they fit perfect.

LoL, kind of bad review if he doesn't know that it's an OS KO of NA, as he keeps calling it one of the smallest transformer megatron and NA is even smaller.

just a little constructive feedback for your friend. ;)

LOL! No problem, do leave him a comment (it really is a friend and not me, proof: pics of my WJ Predaking in this thread Wei Jiang Appreciation Thread. You can see my place is not a toy store like Stan's. Though sometimes I do wish I can leave my toys out like he does), but since both of us are relatively new to 3P TFs, we're all still learning!

i did find it very interesting with him sharing details of local HK perspective on how collectors there wanting their box packaging in pristine condition, as well as the cost of purchasing the JB. sucks for us that he can get it locally for only $15 including packaging, but i can live with paying $22 for it shipped loose to me.

Yes, there are are advantages over here for TT/3P/KO stuff. However there are disadvantages too, no access to Haslab/Amazon/Target/etc Hasbro exclusives. Also, since most toy stores are not chain stores, no clearance sales!

those are not disadvantages to me. i don't care to collect official retail bots, only 3p. as to me they are far superior in style, engineering and overall finish. :(

The same in the EU, no Haslab/Amazon/Target/etc Hasbro exclusives, selective toys in the stores.
    Never complete lines.
It's logical that if you collect 3P, the best place to live of be close to where they are made :D

In dispite of the back gaps, I really like Jinbao more than MST Megatron.

the one he's goes into ActionRobo… same store that's online? if i had a local TF store like that here, i'd be in there weekly just to check things out. though i still would prob buy mostly online as would be cheaper without mark-up, import fees and local taxes. :p

Yes, the one and the same! I believe RobotKingdom & RoboToyBase are also based in HK, but have no physical retail store.

ah Hong Kong. i got stupid amazed when i went toy hunting in Mong Kok and bought some toys in In's Point in Yau Ma Tei. and it's true about the box packaging. i was given a reasonable discount when i bought a brand new SRC Grendizer whose only issue was a dent in the corner of the box.
