I decided to finally fix that tiny head jazz was plagued with as well as his immovable hands. The head and neck comes from kre-o Jazz it fits perfectly in both modes and really improves the figure!

Sorry i didnt think it would work at first so i didnt take pictures, just cut the top of the ball joint on jazz off then cut off the kreo ball joint at the base. The kreo ball joint is hollow but the hole needs to be widen slightly, then gently sand the post on jazz till they meet flush. The neck acts kinda like a pin and will strengthen the joint glue and press firmly and you're done.

Here's a drawing to help excuse my handwriting please!

If it weren't for the clear plastic, you'd absolutely save this figure!

I did the same thing after I saw another board member use the hot glue method. I pulled off the original Jazz head, put a dab of hot glue on the ball joint, and put the Kreo Jazz head on and kept moving it around until the glue cooled. It didn't take long and is completely reversible if need be. Fantastic mod and really makes the figure pop. The black hands stand out well too.

Either method of the head upgrade works great. Nice job!

Can you please take a pic from the side of the alt-mode, I'd like to see how the re-attached panels look.

Here you can see how bad my skills with a hobby saw are, the text gets alittle messed up by cutting but if youre using the reprolabels that gets covered up anyways.
