I asked the same thing when Robin Williams took his life then again when Chester Bennington did, this makes 3 of my childhood heros who have taken there own life if it's true

 

Being loved by millions has nothing to do with it.

Sometimes whatever is happening is so personal that someone outside their head out never understand.

 

Man, I was really hoping he'd come back as blue for a series just to have them all under his belt.

Man this sucks beyond words. Jason played my absolute favorite character ( Tommy ) of all the power rangers characters. I feel fortunate i was able to meet him once and he was absolutely an awesome dude to talk to. May his family be strong through all this. R.I.P. JASON, you will be sorely missed.

What terrible news! Another example that the severity and dangers of depression cannot ever be ignored or minimalized. He touched and brought joy to millions of people all over the world; I hope his spirit knows that now and can rest in peace.

 

Going to repeat myself from TokuNation - Man, this sucks. And he was so young too, only a few years older than me.

Something not repeated, since the suicide discussion is being had more here - Someone I grew up in grade school with committed suicide early this year, and no one knew for a few weeks because he had become very private and withdrawn. While it's understandable to do that when depressed, when you do reach that point, please try talking to people. It will never be a perfect solution, but it can help.

 

He was a local celebrity and fairly active in the local church. Just sort of numb, not seeing him regularly any more.
