    Awesome! Cheetor preordered. Good to see the price is the same as the first release. Maybe TakTomy aren't the greedy bastards some make them out to be after all XD

    Or people are too simple not to realize the difference between a Takara release and an Hasbro one, mainly a price release in Japanese.

    You mean add those locking tabs that Shadow Panther has? I reckon it'll probably have those. Although my original Cheetor never had issues with his shoulders coming undone.

    The forward/backwards joint was extremely tight though, however that was easily remedied by heating the joint up.
    I'm curious how the tightness was on Shadow Panther, and how it'll be on this reissue.

    Wonder if we see Ironhide/Ratchet or Sunstreaker next. Even though I don't think the original HA release of Cheetor was $100, I want to say he was carbot price ($84). With mp39 being $129 up from $120, it's a good chance it will be another SS run.

    Thanks for the AJ links. It's funny I saw this on Anime-Export and going through the order process, I thought to myself, "Don't I order MPs from another site now...oh well I can't remember" and ordered at AE lol. They've got a good price now; I guess we'll see if AJ gets that low.

    Hahah okay I see, thanks. But still... transformation aside, the paint is weird compared to the original release. I do hope that's also just a thing of that particular piece shown above.

    Strange news indeed. The Cheetor reissue does NOT have the Long Life Design.

    And it has the 20th anniversary logo.

    I'm pretty sure the logos on Primal's reissues box were updated, no?

    Interesting! So it contains both the long life design and the 20th anniversary one?

    The original run of Primal had the 20th logo. For Megatron they dropped it and replaced it with the long life logo.

    Cheers. So they did get rid of the 20th anniversary logo.

    Strange that they decided to re-use Cheetors original box design as is. Perhaps they still had a bunch lying around the TT warehouse :p
