Fortunately, my local Walmart still carries the WON 2.5" figures in the checkout aisle. The latest wave I have seen has Dr. Mario and Star Powered Mario in it:

The Mario/Luigi/Princess is 4 inch scale. The Bowser is the 6 inch one. It's huge!

Thanks for posting, this is probably the easiest way to get 2x Hammer Bros.

The Diorama sets all seem to be "reissues" of previous figures - great way for people to grab some of those that were harder to find like Peach and Bowser!

Thanks, I've ordered the Bowser two pack. I want Peach, but still not sure I want to bite on that set the more I think about it. We'll see. I wish these were sold in Targets.

Given how expensive that Bowser has gotten by himself, I'm pretty sure you could buy the set and throw out the Mario and Bob-omb, and still come out ahead.

    This arrived today:

I'm still thinking of buying the 3 pack that comes with Peach, but I just don't know if I really want to spend $30 on one figure even though that is what she costs by herself on the secondary market. Maybe if I had bought Toad when TRU still existed, I would pull the trigger, but right now, I'm not sure. I wish the set included someone other than Luigi like maybe a Koopa Trooper or even a couple of Goombas.

Fantastic display! That picture with the Hammer Bros is the best thing I've seen online all week. Second prize goes to your last pic.

I see that Bowser set is currently $25 on Amazon. I also have the SHF Mario, but that set does seem like a very attractively priced way to get Bowser.

Thanks. I wish I had gotten the Figuarts Yoshi and some more block and pipe sets when I had the money before my g/f's layoff last year.

YOu know, I don't understand why the Zelda characters and Samus are so tiny.

Thanks to a tip from a friend who found some at his local HEB, I hit HEB this morning and got 8-bit Bowser and Goomba:

Nice, I saw that wave at my local Walmart in the checkout lanes too earlier this week. I picked up a Chain Chomp. This is the only time I see WON figures nowadays.
