Balvintron sounds more like Badminton.   Should come with a botbot that turns into shuttlecock (yes, that\'s what it is called, don\'t laugh!)
And I guess that purple gun is from Siege Jetfire?

 

Reduced shipping how does that work ?

 

Why the g1 toy and not the earthrise version?

 

When I ordered, shipping was only $4, if there was reduced or free shipping, I didn't get it.

But if you use somebody's and/or somebody uses your referral code you and the other person gets like a $10 credit, and I think you can apply up to $20 per order. I didn't do it and don't know the full details, only saw other posts on this thread talking about it.

Per the Hasbro recorded/live stream from the product page in the app, the gist of it was J.Balvin is a big G1 fan, and chose to go with the G1 Soundwave figure.

Whether or not Hasbro mentioned/showed the Earthrise figure to him/gave him other choices, no clue.

 

Ugh, watch them bait and switch it with something else like the app did with Cobra Commander the year before. We were told it was the light blue version but in reality we got the retail one. I have the reissue of Soundwave so I am passing on this. Have fun storming the app.

 

why pay 70 bucks for a yellow g1 soundwave that they are going to smash the box before shipping it out, ntwrk is a shit company and hasbro needs to stop collabing with them

That said, if I had unlimited money and space I might buy it for the novelty of it and it's a fun idea that might bring TF's to people who otherwise wouldn't touch them.

 

Not in a universe where Beast Wars exists.  

 

Ah. Just really odd that it has new jetfire parts paired with a 30+ year old toy

I don't have enough eyes to properly roll at this. It just smacks of haphazard choices, like something a little kid would do to a car in GTA given infinite money, they don't like it, they just think it's silly fun.

This makes the Linkin Park Soundwave look tasteful by comparison.

ETA: didn't notice this was a NTWRK exclusive, that went so well with the launch of GI Joe Classified Series Cobra Commander non-Regal Version

 

It\'s fine for those who desire it, but I\'ll just stick with Linkin Park SOUNDWAVE and company.  Besides, where\'s a similar (to LP) variant for BLASTER and company?
