    SPOILERS!!!!!

Man I wish Lockdown would have lived. The last time I felt a let down of a villain dying was Darth Maul from Ep1 of Star Wars.
What could have been huh? Finally this franchise gets an amazing bad guy, and then they kill him off. Is there any villain left that can match or surpass Lockdown? They could introduce Unicron, but I doubt he would be as likable. Megatron is dead, Shockwave dead, Sentinel dead. Galvatron has some big shoes to fill. I'm pretty much a G1 guy, so is there anyone as likeable or bad ass as Lockdown that could make an appearance to the franchise?

It's too bad they killed off Laserbeak. Before Lockdown, he was the best written, most intimidating, smartest, and scariest decepticon the movies had ever managed.

What about Scar in 'The Lion King'? He's one of the greatest villains ever.

The episodes of Clone Wars where they brought Maul back were, IMO, actually pretty good.

I feel the same way. I absolutely loved Lockdown. He's the first villain I've seen that really made evil look appealing.

I think Galvatron could be a very good villain if the script allows him to be. Welker has already brought his magic back into the character with his voice, so we'll see.

I'd like to see Lockdown return in TF5, imagine The Creators fixed him up and he returns with a missing eye, hole in his chest and all he wants is revenge on Optimus Prime. I highly doubt that would happen though.

I like to think Lockdown, being the craft bounty hunter he is, moved his spark chamber to the left or right side of his chest to avoid conventional attacks and angry Primes. :)

I can't help but think of Lockdown as a mix of Scar, Jafar, and General Grievous

I'm assuming he means "of the film franchise" rather then literally ever because if its the latter then he really needs to see more films, watch more TV shows or read more books.

Well true and that makes more sense. Sentinel was my fav villain until Lockdown arrived.
