I was about to say Lady Penelope from Thunderbirds, but then I remembered Tin Tin. *headdesk* Sooo...Venus from Fireball XL5, and Sharron from The Champions. Oh, and Kitka/Catwoman from the '66 Batman movie, unless you count the extremely nosey Aunt Harriet. Which I don't. >.>
Dont know about the newer series, but there was another female character in the 80/90 cartoon. Forgot her name though. Lena Mack from Street Sharks?

Are we looking at main cast only or at the entire cast of a game? Because I can point to a few RPG examples where the main cast only has the one girl but there's a more balanced gender difference in the wider cast. But to cite one example - Chun Li in the original Street Fighter 2.
