It's a new year, and my New Year's resolution is to keep the argument going over who became Cyclonus. I've always liked to think that Skywarp became Cyclonus, though I definitely understand if someone thinks it was Bombshell.

 

Neither; Cyclonus existed before either one!

Does it matter? Animation says bombshell. I look at it this way: Cyclonus is a new bot created from the carcass of Bombshell. He doesn't share hardly any of Bombshell's personality, besides being a brilliant strategist.

 

Skywarp. Bombshell doesn't make Any sense. A seeker and an insecticon? Why not a Seeker and a Seeker?

Just... why would you do this? This is the deffinition of pointlessness. This arguement has happened countless times and never to any finite resolution. It's always the same old shit. The movie shows Bombshell, people say that's stupid because G1 has never made illogical choices, and because "His Armada" never appears anywhere else except in the background with no visual distinction there's no telling who's actually who. It's not like this poll will decide anything because in not a single continuity does their previous "life" make a comeback.

Neither. The Bombshell was a clone and Skywarp was at Starscreams coronation (and I think an episode of season 3 in the background).

Besides, in WFC Cyclonus is there without being a reformatted anyone and I like that.

No, Tony Bacala is Cyclonus and we're his armada.

Seriously speaking, I like to think Skywarp>Cyclonus, due to him being a jet with purple as a main color and the Insecticons' cloning capabilities making them the most logical choose to become the Sweeps and Cyclonus' Armada (which disappeared for some reason).

 

Cyclonus is Thundercracker.

Scourge is Skywarp.

After watching the 3rd Season of G1 and matching personalities, it seems to make the most sense.

As for Bombshell, well let's just say that he got killed when everyone was fighting Unicron.

I don't know about that, I mean someone has to be Tailgate.

 

Let's just say Cyclonus's face is closer to Skywarps', so I personally will say Skywarp. Otherwise Skywarp merged with Bombshell to form Cyclonus.
