    damn , thats just crazy I am an American and we love our sports but normally we don't go that far wheni our teams tank inthe big game, good thing too or there would have been damn few people in boston to have seen the Redsox finally break the Curse of the Bambino Curse of the Bambino - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia and herei thought the riots that broke out at English Soccer matches ( Football) back a few years ago in which people got killed were crazy

    you think football fans are stupid? A couple of years ago a Welsh Rugby fan declared to a pub if the national side lost that day he would cut his own balls off, well they lost and he went home, cut them off and went back to the pub.

    I think we tend to embrace losers when it comes to sports. Look at the Cubs. They haven't won/made it to the world series in over 100 years. Yet people still love them.

    But yeah why is it you only hear about soccer (and that rugby guy) fans doing stupid shit? Personally I never saw the need to riot or anything because a team I like wins a sporting event. Woo! MY team won! I'm going to go turn over a car!

    I mean if suddenly giant robots landed and became out friends, I still wouldn't go crazy like that.

    I never could understand why some people get so worked up over sports. You see people in the crowds crying with either total joy or utter sadness depending on how their team is doing, and I'm just looking at them with comtempt going 'For fuck's sake - it's just some stupid game'.
