Dary! Who else is super pumped for the next season of How I Met Your Mother? I love the show and because I'm in Australia.... This has got to be my favorite show ever, it's hilarious and has tons of replay (rewatch?) value. My favorite character is Barney Stinson in the last few episodes of season six, where he starts to become far less sex loving and more sensitive and in my opinion awesome. What are your thoughts?
I love the show too, but it's become way too focused on Barney. I also think they're stretching out Ted's finding of the elusive "Mother" much too far. He should have found her last season, but instead we got a bunch of Zoey episodes that didn't amount to much. I love how this show tries different things. Last season's countdown episode was absolutely brilliant.
Nope. Don't you remember from the very first episode? The woman he eventually marries, he met at Marshall and Lily's wedding. Considering the way this show is, she was actually in those episodes.
She was at the Empire state building and his econ class.(Follow the yellow umbrella) He gets to know her for the first time at Barneys wedding.(the big rumor is she is Barney's half sister who we never met) I am getting a little tired of them pretending like every chick is his future wife.
Oh come on, the first episode was a very long time ago, cut me some slack You guys are probably right though, there goes my half-arsed theory.

I watch it, when it's on. But I'm disappointed that Ted won't marry Robin. They would have been great together!
I agree completely. The whole Robin thing was done so well, whoever it ends up being has to surpass that. And I don't think they can do it. They basically had to turn her into the anti-Ted to break them up.
I'm think Barney will marry Nora, break up after a few months because Barney isn't ready, then gets back together with Robin. I think Barney and Robin are the best couple.
