WESTERVILLE, Ohio -- Police on Friday released new details about a woman who was tied up and robbed in her home.

The break-in occurred at about 6:15 p.m. at a condominium on Macintosh Way, NBC 4's Lauren Crowner reported.

According to police, 57-year-old Nalita Hall left a Huntington National Bank in Worthington, where she works, and arrived at home.

Police said a masked man entered Hall's garage as it was closing and put a gun to her side.

The masked gunman told Hall that he wanted her to return to the bank and open the vault, police said.

According to the police report obtained by NBC 4, Hall said it would not be possible because two people are needed to open the vault and she only had half the combination.

Police said that the gunman implied that he had previously followed Hall to her home before another man entered her home.

"They made the statements that they followed several bank employees, knew the cars they drove, where they live, knew their routines from when they left work to when they went home," said Westerville Police Sgt. Steve Fridley.

The two men then took Hall upstairs, taped her hands and feet together and taped her elbow to the upstairs railing, police said.

"Our victim was very fortunate that nothing occurred to her that would have caused her any harm," Fridley said.

Police said the two men argued about whether to drive Hall to an ATM. One of the men said, "This is all George W. Bush's fault. He screwed up the economy. We just need gas money for the car," according to the police report.

After two hours, the men fled out Hall's back door.

Hall was able to free herself and call 911.

Dispatcher: "And you definitely think they've left?"

Hall: "I'm not sure."

Dispatcher: "You're not sure?"

Hall: "Yeah. They left me. They left me, you know, with duct tape ... but I was able to release. And they said they were -- were going to go away."

Dispatcher: "OK. You had duct tape all over you?"

Hall: "I had."

Dispatcher: "OK. You're the only one home?"

Hall: "Yeah. And a cat."

Hall was taken to St. Ann's Hospital as a precaution and was expected to be fine, NBC 4 reported.

The robbers remained on the loose Friday, Crowner said.

Man who jumped White House fence says Bush told him to do it

WASHINGTON (AP) - A man who claimed to have a cellphone implanted in his head was convicted Friday of jumping a White House fence in a bid to meet former president Bill Clinton's daughter Chelsea.

Shawn Cox, 29, of Mammoth Spring, Ark., was sentenced to 150 days in jail but a District of Columbia Superior Court judge suspended the sentence - with the stipulation Cox stay at least one block away from the executive mansion. He also was fined $50.

Cox was arrested Dec. 4 after he scaled the spiked wrought-iron fence on the northern side of the White House. The incident occurred after he had three separate encounters with uniformed Secret Service officers on bicycle patrol. He told them he planned to meet former president Clinton's daughter at a church near the White House.

"He was very upset that we were not taking him seriously," Officer Kimberly Wojcik testified during a non-jury trial.

Wojcik said she and other officers repeatedly told Cox Clinton no longer lived in the White House.

"If you do not have an appointment, you cannot get into the White House," said Officer James Livingston, who told the court he first saw a shoeless Cox near the White House on Dec. 2.

In rambling testimony under questioning from his court-appointed lawyer, Cox said: "They put a cell phone in my head."

He went on to tell the court: "George Bush told me to jump the fence and I jumped the fence."

He later said the Secret Service officers told him to jump.

Judge John Bayly rejected a prosecution request for a stay-away order covering the Capitol and Senate office buildings. Assistant U.S. attorney Alexander Dahl said Cox tried to contact Chelsea Clinton through U.S. Senator Hillary Clinton's staff.

Cox had a psychiatric evaluation before being deemed competent to stand trial.

It's just easier to blame someone else than take responsibility on yourself.

My good example is that we have some equipment at work that we know is twitchy to say the least. However when my crew goes out with it, we know that we have to work with it to get what we need. The other crew tries to run it like a good setup. So when it doesn't work well, something else must be going on. It's the radio station, or the Truck Driver's CB radio, or the saucer people that put the chip in their heads. It's never the fact that half of the cable connections are shot, or that the batteries need replaced since they've got a 6 month lifespan, and we've been using them for 4 years.
