I like this a lot more than I thought I would.  Especially the fact that Optimus doesn\'t seen to be a part of the really big robit.  I love Optimus but RiD is Bumblebee\'s show.

I doubt it will looking at the configuration but I'd be so psyched if these got Combiner Wars ports.

So this pretty much confirms the storyline we thought was coming. Badass combiner villain (probably Menasor) pops up. Our heroes have to learn to utilize combiner power in order to combat him, culminating in a final team combiner.

What surprises me more isn't that this is happening, but they're making Bee the torso and leaving Prime out completely.

The outlier would be Grimlock, but since he has to form two legs they could get clever and make him a larger figure that splits into two legs with CW joints.

    RiDimus Maximus.

But seriously, they'd better not mess this up. The show is about the team, "Bumblebee Maximus" would be a lame name.

A four-bot combiner, the likes not seen since the original Robots in Disguise.

    Coincidence or intentional?

If they're fully articulated figures, then I'm down. If they're more of the same of the crash combiners, I'm out.

I can't justify $14.99 for figures like that, even if you get 2 of them in a package.
