Very likely, yes, as since as pointed out by @Chucez it's a legit store so they wouldn't list it as a TT figure if it was a known KO. Also, although not full-proof, there are often a few possible signs to identify a KO from the original by the box. And from what little I can see, this box seems to be the same as my guaranteed official product.

Well, as of right now, the other shipping methods aren't shipping to the US from China, so if you want some sort of guarantee that it will get moving, the surface option is your best bet. It will be slow, but better than an indefinite delay.
