    Should I get this for 199.95 plus $100.00 extra for missing parts with the stress mark on the lower left leg as showen in the pic?

    no, hell no. you can find a complete one in better shape on ebay if your patient enough. you might even be able to get it MIB too.

    I would say you can definitely get one for around $150-$175 complete if you have enough patience.
