a fellow collector is trading his MISB Henkei Skywarp for for my MISB classics Rodimus and loose classics Cliffjumper plus cash (around 20 USD). Am i getting a fair trade here? i mean, i want to wait for a re-release of SW for Generations but i think that is unlikely. what do you think? thx  

 

You might be better off just getting the Magnus/SW two pack & selling off the Magnus. Doesn't seem that good of a deal to me.

as what the others have said, its not a good deal. you're not just giving more than what you're getting literally, but also value-wise in my opinion.

 

I would tend to echo this. If you had said Henkei Skywarp for Henkei Rodimus, I would have been okay. But tossing in Classics Cliffjumper AND $20? That's nuts. No way is Skywarp worth all that IMO.

I'm pretty sure that a MISB Roddy is still fetching sizable amounts.

 

Oh yeah, he still goes for around $80-90 (sometimes $100). Still, I think Skywarp is worth around $65-$75 MISB. Of course I haven't seen that many sold on eBay lately. Skywarp is not nearly as desirable as Roddy atm.

 

thanks for the input guys. yeah I'm really having a hard time to decide. I'm just considering the idea coz i have 2 roddy and 2 cliffjumper. even my friend here told me that I'm giving too much. i think i'll just wait for SW re-release. thanks guys

nothing wrong, but i know the only way i'll have two rodimus' is if i get ahold of that new three-pack

 

lol, i got the first one at retail on sale, and the second one i got recently for $5 (loose but mint)
