I have a couple of them which I am going to get fixed or get parts for them.
*Armada Optimus Prime (His trailer is not good, missing piece of it and his supermode ears are gone, oh and his gun)
*Movie Rescue Ratchet (Missing his blade)
*Energon Omega Supreme (Missing his head and a part to his leg)
*2 of my Energon Optimus Prime (Which was given to me but it has been drawn on with Markers and is missing his windows, supermode ears pieces, and some pieces from his trailer and his gun)

I love these 5 with all my heart... x-D

 

I guess it's my Masterpiece Starscream. He's missing some fingers and the jet fin, but I still love him...

 

My Cybertron Thundercracker. He's currently broken in half. Wings and arms are one piece, and robot head and legs are the other.

I love him so much I have yet to throw him out, and I bought the other two versions of the mold (Cybertron Skywarp and TFTM Divebomb).  

 

haha same here, minus owning divebomb, little bro broke him in half after a day...mine tailfins came off as well

 

My Transmetal Megatron from my childhood. He's fixed now but he's unable to transform. He's far too precious to throw out!

 

I have G1 Bluestreak, Prowl, Smokescreen, and Jazz that I purchased on Ebay years ago for parts that I still cherish. They are either missing parts or have things broken on them but I still love them for what they symbolize my childhood memories.

Indeed I do.

I had a sideswipe that had the clear leg joing snap clean in half. I bought a swerve the next day and fused them together so that my favorite ROTF toy wouldn't die a meaningless death

Also, I got omega supreme, who's missing a couple minor panels, and until today his head. Now his head that I got is missing one of it's ball joints for it's leg and it's missing both it's legs. But I love them both to death.

Well, as I said in another thread, my newest chromed Kaltor. Everything about him was perfect till BOTH his legs broke. Still trying to fix him, may have to start hunting for a junker with two good legs!  

 

My first TF, Animated Starscream  
His thumb went missing after my grandma decided to "clean" my room, and I'm still looking for a replacement (anyone who has extra parts, maybe from some customs, I'd like to get that thumb from you   )
I doubt I could ever part with him, the fact that he's my first TF and he helps when my anxiety is at its worst. I'd like to think he's got a certain character to him that makes him different from all the others.

 

I actually bought a TFM Legends Class Starscream off eBay because he was broken. :/ He'd been re-listed about four times at a stupidly low price and nobody had gone for him, and I felt bad. Oh Toy Story, what have you done to me?

Also my Masterpiece Skywarp has a broken thumb, and I have a Thundercracker on the way who has a broken cockpit. But I'm not a supah-srs collector, so I don't really care that much. C:

 

My G-1 Mirage (front racing spoiler broke off) But I still have him and probably have him for a long time to come. Just got to get around to fixing him.

 

Alternity silver convoy. His one clear leg peg kinda broke. It is the circle that is hollow. It cracked on one part but I glued it back and it sticks in like it was right out of his box

 

My G1 Long haul, its missing an arm. But it was my first so...

 

"Swamp Master Cheetor".

Basically it's a TM2 Cheetor whose gun is missing. I thought the yellow was too bright, so I tried to turn him black with a sharpie. That failed and the yellow was still painful, so I added blue marker ('cause blue and black is awesome) and it all smudged. Now, he's this greenish-black monstrosity with patches of yellow poking through and it looks like he just charged through a swamp, hence the name. I'd gotten him a day before my grandmother passed away too, so the guy carries a lot of memories.

 

G2 Grimlock is missing the tip of his tail, some teeth, and his sword, but he's still one of my favorite figures. Most of my RID toys could fit into this category too. I had them when I was really young (so there are lots of missing pieces to most if not all of them) but they all hold a special nerdy little place in my heart.  

 

Boy there surfe are my G1 beachcomber first tf ever no rubber left on his tires and his cage on top. G2 Seaspray one of his propellers broken still awesome. Hmmmm my Ultra optimus primal his gun arm tab is broken but still love the toy. G1 Mindwipe one of his wings is missing but still cool.

 

Not really. I don't exactly want to part with them (probably because I'm a hoarder), but I do sell some junkers in my sales thread!

So no, they either get sold, or banished to the bin.
