Toy version is the ONLY version of Reflector that I want. Toon version is too visually boring to me.
No doubt there would be SOME interest in such a thing...but I doubt it would be enough to warrant a run. Your best bet is probably customizing (or commissioning) a set if you're hell bent on it.
I would be interested/buy it. It would be an interesting option for Reflector army building.
I'm in. For the record, I found that old TFC Reflector to be toy-ish (what was his name, Photron?), so it's currently a stand in for that part of my collection.
Still yes. Bring it on.
I think based on the previous comments in 2017, the increasing focus on toon accuracy and the cost of Reflectors manufacture (three bots in one) it’s unlikely to happen.
Even a straight up repaint is unlikely. There’s just not a huge demand for it.
If I had to guess, the fact that G1 Reflectors toy was a mail-order only item means the number who actually owned it and experienced it is significantly smaller than most characters. There’s possibly just not that much nostalgia there for it?
...if we get a toy version of reflector before we get omnibots, i think it'll make baby primus cry...
MakeToys hinted at a toy version of their MP Reflector. Maybe we'll see it at a future TFCon. I would pick it up. I have the FT Reflector set and I had the toy Reflector as a kid so I'm a perfect target for a second Reflector purchase with a toy coloration.
