    Is there any differences between the Japanese version and north American version of the deluxe Cybertron Hot Shot toy?

    Nothing significant. The US release might have a tampo Autobot symbol somewhere on him, but I can't remember where at the moment.

    They're essentially the same.

    They're the same in every way except a couple tiny screws were added to the top of the Cybertron version (for support reasons I imagine). The Red Galaxy Force version had them as well, and I think some blue ones might have had them towards the very end of the line.

    The Cybertron Defense / Vanguard Team figures are exactly the same as well.
