As we all know many shows are part of the hasbroverse and cameos and other things show up in each others shows like dinobot island in transformers and gijoe, ace's relative in cops, inhumanoids on a news clip in jem, etc.

Mask was added later also. It does ask what other shows are a part of this universe? Is bigfoot and the muscle machines or robotix part of this world? Who knows? What about Spider-Man?

Confused? Turns out spidey shows up on a tv screen (tv show or news clip?) on a episode of gijoe and later is said by name in another in is on a poster in another! So the question, is the solo 80s Spider-Man cartoon canon or in that world is spidey just a kids cartoon they watch?

What do you guys think? Canon or not?

When seeing Spider-Man show up in G.I. Joe for that episode I took it as they were watching the show but I guess it is up to to the viewer.

Now, if only it was 70's Spider-Man. As, that would mean that 70's Fantastic Four would be in canon with it too.

Then we could have the best version of Magneto hang out in the Hasbroverse.

We were this close, to having perfection. But, I guess I'll settle for the Hasbroverse including Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends, instead.

Lots of shows used this studio combination in the 80's.

Muppets, Little Ponies, Optimus Prime, and A Real American Hero: The Story of Marvel Productions
