Maybe that's why someone is saying they don't because there is a chance that it should have never gone out, but why care it's a luxury plastic toy company.
I'm whatever on the matter though, until Maketoys gives me the final two autobot targetmasters I'm meh on the company.
Their unofficial brand ambassador leaves me not wanting to support them much more either these days.
If anything I'm now a fan of @TMReviews

TM Reviews says TFSource confirmed the Coneheads and Headmasters will eventually be coming from Maketoys (And clarified TFSource is working with them not owning them)

 

I hope they are over. Nothing but seeker repaints for years. Either die off or actually release something new.

 

Hey, before they are over, can they just do a little re-run of the Galaxy Meteor, that thing costs a fortune now.

 

I don't know why they don't do some reruns/variants of Downbeat. I'd like another shot at G2 and would buy a red one.

 

You have to look at things, the KO situation, the MAAS toys debacle and ask exactly why that's all there's been from them in years. And that tooling is shit, dated and about three people want to see it again in 2022.

I'd like to be wrong but I'm not buying into this comeback at all.

I really want their Brainstorm and Highbrow. It would make sense for them to release them since the designs were allegedly already done.

Being admin on robot-japan, I would just say : chill and relax, this is all about toys and fun.

So just to clarify a little bit :
Maketoys is back on stage and will produce different toys, repaints/ remolds and new toys.
MTRM-EX is the actual MP line, replacing MTRM line (just the name).
You noticed there was a first drop of releases with new style of boxes : EX-01 ACID SWARM and EX-11 METEOR.
they were supposed to be simple and have the color in the main pantone from the model.
For several reasons, the MTRM-EX line is back with the regular graphic design style started from the beginning.
TFSOURCE is co-producing some releases (like EX-02 ION SWARM).

A new run of EX11 METEOR + EX12 SKYCROW + EX13 LIGHTNING is on preorder.
MTRM-EX04 SKYCLONE is coming (with LILA nose cone).
MTRM-EX02 ION SWARM is a 2022 TORONTO TFCON release.

About the CONEHEADS : they are coming, preorders are still available.
HEADMASTERS are still revelant.

Seriously. I have that mold and it still holds up. I would absolutely buy it in Skywarp colors. With Fans Toys doing all their Armada and Energon stuff, and Legacy Armada Starscream coming out, now is the perfect time to capitalize on a resurgence of interest in the Unicron Trilogy.
