Depends on the price and whether or not you want it.

No not really unless you want dead end. Miss packages aren't worth much extra.

If you want Dead End, yes. If you're buying it as a rare investment, no. I don't think collectors give a crap about those kinds of packaging mistakes...

    *edit...what he said ^

Yeah, Don't buy it for the package, buy it for the figure. Dead End is an awesome repaint. I love him.

Could it be just a swap?

Dead End's awesome anyway, so buy it if you don't already have one.

It's worth it if you want Dead End at about $15.

My thoughts exactly. Sounds like someone bought a Vehicon & swapped in another figure, then returned it. Could be wrong though.

^The BH Ripclaw on Soundwave cardback kinda has me thinking otherwise. Then again who knows.

I would get it just for the novelty. As others have pointed out if your just asking investment wise don't bother. Unless you want to wait oh 20 years to see if things change.

There's nothing more to add. If you want the Dead End, get it. There's no added value to what boils down to flawed packaging.

I think it does legitimately happen occasionally. Saw an Arcee on a Hot Shot card a few weeks back, and it looked completely untampered to me. Never mind the fact Hot Shot probably isn't that sought after that someone would bother defrauding a store over it.
