Is Hasbro Customer Service Open?

    So, I’m trying to get into contact with Hasbro customer service. It says they should be open around now. They’ve also made no mention about call centres being closed due to covid-19 anywhere on their website. So can someone tell me if they’re open or not? And if they aren’t, can I just send an email and get the same service?

    You can live chat with them. I did last week pretty easily.
