I kinda dropped the series after watching parts of Season 2. The whole Starscream thing wasn't very interesting to me, felt pretty boring. However I heard a lot of good reviews about season 3, so should I watch it again?
It's okay. Cyberverse suffers from having a lot of really cool or interesting ideas, but being forced to dumb them all down to fit inside the 10-minute timeframe.
Ratings 1 to 10 Season 1: 7.5 out of 10 Season 2: 8 out of 10 Season 3: 10 out of 10. Saw entire series 2 weeks ago lol.
Seasons 1 and 2 were cheap, lazy, rushed, and poorly written. Season 3 still suffers from that but atleast its more conceptually interesting. The Quintessons so far have been the most interesting thing to happen in this show that were handled decently, and are potentially my favorite interpretation of them so far.
Yes personally just start from season 2 you really need to watch s1 but s3 is amazing it’s as good as prime,animated,and beast wars especially the quintesson arc and the finale was pretty amazing and .......… SPOILERS. Spoiler: For cyberverse s3 tarn shows up ( kind of but it’s still really cool when they come) Anyways S1:6/10 S2:7/10 S3:9/10 Overall really great series but if it had longer episodes it would’ve made it as good as prime or animated Overall 8/10
Yes! Very good series. S1 is definetley the weakest but doesnt mean its bad, it gets real good toward the climax of the series. Id rate S1:6/10 S2:8/10 S3:8/10 Overall really solid. Could really benefit from a longer episode run though. The 10 mins limits some of the scenes. Though i love the characters, the stories and the designs!
The first two seasons were really lackluster but I've been enjoying the Quintesson arc. I really wish the show had a higher budget and longer runtime - while season 3 does great, the runtime and cheap production doesn't do the ideas presented justice.
Season 1 was enjoyable but bland story wise and I think season 2 really stepped up their game. Season 3 is the best of the 3 by far. I've only been watching it on Hasbro's YouTube page,so I've only gotten up to the third episode,but all I can say is that 3 seasons is not enough!
Having now finished the show, Season 1 was okay, season was fairly enjoyable and season 3 was pretty good. With season 3, episodes 1-17 I thought were really solid and cohesive with good writing and really great scenes. They were firing on all cylinders. I honestly would've been perfectly fine if they had ended it there because after that it kinda falls apart. Episodes 18-26 felt really "meh" and feel really anticlimactic. I wouldn't say they were bad per say, it just felt like those episodes and plot should've been reworked to come first with episodes 1-17 acting as the climax.
I like some of the new ideas/characters they introduced on the show... like the new Titans, and some of the other new Bots and Decepticons...
