Has anyone bought anything from beta toys.com before? I placed an order for MP Soundwave more than a month ago and still havent received it. I did get an order confrimation and tried numerous times to contact them via e-mail without a response... Im concerned that I won't get either the product or my money... Anyone with previous experiences with them?
I ordered a couple times from them several years back with no problems. However nothing in the last 3 years. A month is to long to wait for shipping. If you got a tracking number, check it. If not, you probably want to check with your card company or paypal about getting your money back.
It is 100% legit. I have met Andy couple times and he was able to get me some hard to find chogoking. Just remember it is a small shop and he has a full time job outside of running the store.
Yeah, I ordered mp-13 from them. Andy was pretty good about answering questions. Weird you did not get yours. I received mine like February 23rd. Ordered it early January.

Anyone know what the average turnaround for them is? I ordered MP Sideswipe from them on the 12th and haven't heard anything since.
