Is there anybody who is skipping the SDCC, G2, and retail versions of FOC Bruticus to wait for the Wrecker repaint/retool versions of the molds? Money is tight, and I greatly prefer the Wreckers to the Bruticus, so if I can only get one set I am waiting. Anybody else waiting, getting more than one version, or skipping the molds entirely?

I'm skipping 3rd Party Wreckers because of this guy.

 

I'm skiping the Bruticus one just because I don't really like the look of it all that much.

I might pick the Wreckers up just for the overall novelty behind the concept.
Assuming I have the cash to spend at the time.

 

I don't see why anybody should. They're still nothing more than headslaps.

 

After hearing reports on how poor these molds are, I lost all interest to be honest. The extra guns are nice, but not enough to make me put down the money. More character accurate colors would have gone a long way in making me change my mind, but they don't even have that.

 

I'm getting them in addition to my Dudicus. The guy needs someone to fight besides Grimlock.

I am definitely interested in Impactor (because it is Impactor!!!). If I can swing it, I might go for the others.

I have Dudicus and will probably be getting the Wreckers, too. I like Dudicus a lot, surprisingly. He's fun to fiddle with

 

I was sorta kinda excited for them when they were first revealed, but now not anymore. I still sorta want Twin Twist and Topspin, but the whole set for mediocre redecos of mediocre molds is ehhhhhhh

 

If it helps any, I have G2 Bruticus currently in wreckers formation. I'm contemplating the wreckers, but not sure yet.

Good thing you mentioned money, since for the price of a third party combiner you could probably get quite a few different decos of the FOC Bruticus mold. And by "a few" I mean "every single one of them."

 

I plan on picking them up, but I still plan on getting Igear's Presser (Impactor) too. 3rd Party stuff is really cool, but I don't care enough about most of the Wreckers to spend 3rd party cash on them.

 

I think I'd rather fork over for the single third party combiner than spend for a bunch of molds I only half-like. Quality over quantity situation.
