I display ToyWorld TW-03 BII on my CHUG shelf and it fits perfectly with my other CHUGs.
After watching some ACE-01 Tumbler reviews I've noticed that in scale, it should stand next to my BII as a Cliffjumper CHUG.
What is your opinion on that?

One of the video reviews I've watched:

As MP Bumblebee is the same size as Chug 'bee technically it could go in both collections but ultimately just put it where you want. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks.

It has issues though so be warned.

Honestly I would prefer my CHUG Bumblebee and Cliffjumper be Scouts, so it is too big for my CHUG

I am currently using the larger Legends toys, which are Scout size.

IMO deluxe is way too big for bumblebee\CJ for a CHUG display, assuming your Optimus Prime is a voyager and most of the autobot cars (like Jazz, hound, sideswipe etc.) are deluxes.
I use legends figures for bumblebee and CJ, so these ones would not fit my collection

Arms are too short, heads a bit bobbly, feet pivot is loose and it's a pain to tab together in alt mode. Looks good on display though (I modded the arms to be longer):

Either or both. Bii is the same size as as MP Bumblebee (I have both). Tumbler is too. So, if you want him to be MP, he is. If you want him to be CHUG, he is.

For that matter, while toys like J4ZZ with cause heated debates about what is and isn't MP, I personally have no use for such labels. The G1 animation was wildly inconsistent despite the oft-cited Sunbow scale chart, and various comics nudge things further. Since I mostly collect Warbotron-sized combiners, in my head-canon most Transformers are between the size of a combiner limb and the size of a combiner torso. So, right now I have the guts like MP Prowl, Wheeljack, and Sideswipe because they're limb-sized, along with figures like J4ZZ, Bii, and Gundog. But I wouldn't even consider a toy like FT's Sovereign or XTB's Eligos because, to me and perhaps me alone, they're too big. At the end of the day, all the debate in the world about what's CHUG and what's MP isn't stopping me from building and distorting my collection the way I want it.
