It would be cool if we can see how powerful the Blasters is. That's 2 big daddy guns but it is kinda pity because when cannot see what it can do

 

This kinda ticked me off too. Especially knowing that Wheeljack says he invented it, then we see Ironhide carrying it on his back. What's the point of even making a new weapon if he can't be shown putting it to use? Oh that's right. The human's kryptonite-powered weapons are more important.

Didn't he shoot Crowbar in the face with it, killing him one shot? During the Mexican standoff, when Sideswipe kicked Ironhide's gun back to him.

 

I wasn't paying too much attention. Could be though. I thought it was Crowbar or Crankcase's gun though, since Ironhide has two totally different-looking rifles before dropping them.

 

I'm watching the scene right now; he uses one of Sideswipe's pistols.

Think of it as a reason to play the DOTM game. He uses them in the game.

 

They probably added it for the toys.

 

I never thought about it but that's right and annoying. Eh, I didn't like those guns anyway. In TF1/2 he had guns that stood out. his TF3 guns were generic.

The guns in the film looked completely different to the gun that the toy had, so I doubt it.

 

Maybe that was the initial intention. Also, maybe a new version of the toy will be released.

 

You mean a new Ironhide figure with his famous cannons? Yes, please.

Yeah, Ironhide used one of Sideswipe's Twin barreled pistols. End of story

 

He uses them before he ever gets them. He's that badass.

He only got one in the film itself, who knows how long he's had the second one.

 

Bridges are cool. 

 

It does suck. Hell, he even has this knife on one of his toy models I would have loved to have seen him used, but I guess it'll never happen in this universe. Shit, I'm a big fan of Animal Mother, and many a Full Metal Jacket fans can just imagine what he would have done with his machete and humongous knife he kept on his arsenal, but was never put to use on screen.
