From this lil preview image,he looks to be like a great homage to G1 IH. There isn't a voice actor listed for him as of yet,he's gonna be part of the Cybertron Elite Guard with Magnus and Co. I just can't wait for this series to really take off,I'm so excited for this Saturday to watch the next episode.
Agree with everything you said. I can't wait for the Cybertron Elite Guard to show up, that should be a blast, just like the rest of the show.
I hope people realize anything on Teletraan I isn't going to be news. It's about archiving info, not releasing it. We knew about Ironhide when Cartoon Network put that TF:A game on their site. this sort of applies to the "Dinobots and Constructicons" topic also. we knew about the dinobots least since last years botcon and the constructicons when CN put up the episode list. edit: hope this doesn't sound mean just trying to say this isn't really "News"
Elite guard eh? I take it he is an autobot then. A very pissed off autobot, who is young, unlike Ratchet. Either way, elite guard possibly means he has experience, and if he is pissed and elite, he might be an ultimate asskicker sent to earth to raise hell because he was bored. HELL YES.
You're correct sir. He has the same "upper half of X" stripe on his chest and the backback as Ratchet when he was transforming into a Cybertron mode. Apart from head and paint he has the same chest as Ratchet.
Notice they provide no source for most of the info, hell when we first saw the pics of him I mentioned perhaps he was a member of the Elite Guard to my knowledge no reliable info on f he is or isnt has come to light. Half the info on Animated a T1 seems to be wishful thinking and conjecture as much as hard info.
I personally don't think he's a member of the Elite Guard. If he is, it's just not apparent yet (can't see his faction symbol in that shot). This is unlikely imo, but, for all we know he could be the Autobot traiter mentioned in one of the episode descriptions.
I can't picture Ironhide being an Autobot traitor,now if Mirage was in the show I could picture Mirage being the traitor. We'll all see for ourselves when or if he shows up in the show.
The peach colouring is probably to do with the scene he is in. Probably, he's in his "standing in a bright light" shades - in other words, he's drawn brighter than normal. Looks also like a little sepia tinting to indicate a flashback in there.
Doing a double take... I see what you mean. The shaded part still looks orange-y though; I'll have to wait and see, I suppose.
