Dangerous! And they’d need a ladder considering OP will be MP sized.

I think the slim version is gorgeous, so I don’t mind the artistic licence taken. Absolute show accuracy is not possible anyway. But, the decision isn’t mine so I’ll just have to wait. Hopefully he’ll be ready next summer or at least early autumn.

Why do you say that? It depends on that skill of the sculptor, but I think it's possible if they follow the reference well. The show isn't like traditional animation where the model changed every scene. They're using a pre-rendered 3D model. If this was a transforming figure then accuracy would definitely have to be sacrificed, but it's not, so...

I meant in general. Materials, transformation etc require adjustements vis. the original, but there’s also the way we all percieve visual information differently. Ask 10 skilled painters to paint a flower and each version will vary from the last. As for non-transforming Prime figures, maybe you can 3d print the cgi model if you have access to it. Perhaps we’ll one day have a licenced company doing just that. But all other versions will be artistic interpretations to some degree. And to each their own but I like that aspect.

This is one of those many places where the Aligned Community diverges from whatever continuity the Covenant of Primus belongs to (can't remember) i guess. The Covenant says Liege Maximo, but the Art of Prime (totally recommend this book for any TFP fan btw) says this was Sentinel's arm.

Either way , i am so glad they are including this! I just hope they do a correct 3-fingered hand for it as well.

I thought it was Liege Maximo but it seems the issue is more complicated than I originally though

Love the bits of lore in here, but in the end that arm is going to look badass on Megs no matter which bot it used to be attached to :thumb

Didn't know this book existed, thanks for the heads up. Seems rare/out of print/no longer circulated and the prices I'm seeing certainly reflect that fact.
