The designer at Iron Warrior has revealed that their TFP line is being revamped into a larger DLX scale line, and teased with an image of new molds for Optimus (note the Star Saber on the right):

Pretty interesting news, hope it means better quality. Though I’d also like em to actually release some stuff. Kinda sucks to see Megatron and Knockout stuck in limbo for years.

 

Was so disappointed to see their first release effectively be a pre-assembled model kit, hopefully their engineering and materials are incredible this time around.

A 11-12 inch representation of TFP's full cast would be insane. (And would increase the chances of MP versions that transform).

 

If they don't immediately collapse like their previous offerings, this could be really special.

 

Meh. I liked the design of their Optimus and I still enjoy owning him but that flimsy awful plastic just left a really bad taste in my mouth. I would've bought Megatron to go with him if they'd ever gotten around to actually doing him but I'm not going to be buying an entirely new line from this company, no matter how badly I'd like large detailed versions of these characters. Should've just upped their plastic quality and stuck with the scale they'd already started.

If he does Megatron - he’ll be like 12” at least!

 

Looks really good. At this size though, the price and quality will really be the determining factor of whether or not I make room for this in my collection.

 

This looks awesome. What's different about this and the original and any guess in price?

 

Ones going to be actually usable and displayable as a figure, the other is Litterly plastic spaghetti. Oh and the new one has diecast and is way bigger.
