They posted about an hour ago that IF-EX25 was in stock. No word on IF-EX23 as of this post.

 

So my set B has arrived. Both are a lot of fun, especially in their individual robot modes.

I have combined the War Giant and boy he is impressive. The detail and articulation is great.

But he certainly is right handed. Blastoff is s mighty fine arm where as Vortex is a bit tricksy, when moving him you really have to make sure you are holding other bits down as the shoulder joint isn't the greatest and the way the hand connects is awful (it will sooner pop off than swivel at the wrist). That aside I love the think he looks proper intimidating next to other legend scale figures.

 

Diesn’t look like TCP had the arms show up yet...

 

I have a strong feeling that we won't see those til March due to CNY

 

Nothing from TFSource either...

So far Brawl is the weakest link among the 3 I have so far, wondering if the flyboys will end up changing that.

 

Some time ago I got set A and really liked it but the knees on Brawl are obviously designed wrong. So I decided to cut off the big chunk on the back of the knee and the transformation back to robot work a lot better now.
Here are a few pictures of what I did:

 

Be careful. That wall you removed was there to bolster the wall of the pin joint, which might crack under stress without it.

 

I'm aware of that and thought a while before starting but I find it very unlikely it would break. They could have made it stronger without adding such a large chunk but even as it is now I think the weakest point is still the part outside the knee joint. It might be a stronger plastic than the leg but I still think the leg will hold without that extra support.
Thanks for the advice anyway and I'll let you know if it breaks.

 

So I'm not crazy on Vortex's cockpit gun but looking at the transformation it looks like it can be left off for a more "g1" style shape? I'm hoping with some blue stickers I can give it a more retro feel.

Got an update from TCP regarding Manus, have yet to hear from them regarding my War Giant arms... But it shows that they are in stock on the website, so that's gotta be good, right? Also, my order status has changed to "processing"...

 

 

mine is still showing In Stock Item(s) & Paid Pre-Order Item(s) but I'm not too worried since i'm in the UK it's going to be atleast 2 weeks before I see sets C and B.

 

Got my Vortex and Blastoff this morning. Nice little bots and I'm looking forward to finally combining them all. Thought it was nice that Iron Factory included two flight stands.

 

Mine is is still in preorder status from tfsource. It will be any day now

I've transformed my brawl countless times between bot and alt mode and I fail to see what cutting that bit off resolves?

 

Hey, I just got my set from Netclow, was there supposed to be an instruction sheet for the Arcee recolor?

 

I think she's detailed on Onslaught's instruction sheet.

 

Nope, front is Vehicle and Trailer, back is Combined and Bust stuff. And I didn't see another one.

 

Mine didn't come with instructions for her either, but she's pretty easy to figure out.
