Ordered from Netclow on ebay for $55.00 shipped. With a bit of luck, he'll get it out before the big CNY slowdown, but if not, I'm ok with some delay. I almost went with TCP to get around that issue, but decided that I'd rather save the $20 bucks than get it a little faster. There's a lot of stuff left to buy so all those savings add up eventually to paying for another figure.

 

Keep in mind that if he doesnt ship before, then that means we might have potentially missed on an eventual flash sales, that could even come this weekend for all we know. That said, he told me he will ship in time.

 

As tempting as it is to try and get in before CNY, I can be patient enough to wait for the inevitable flash sale. Heck my Set C is in delivery limbo from a seller-gone-bad so I'm already behind on completing the gestalt.

 

Yeah, wish i had your patience.... that hope that it somehow gets to me before CNY delays delay things by 2 - 3 weeks further was just too much to resist clicking on the order now button. The CNY is a curse for me, cause i fear "DA DROUGHT", and end up losing money because of it, lol !!!

 

Fortunately set b is enroute to TFSOURCE. I am going to be paying attention to my email for the next few days

True, and a factor many should consider but I don't have sufficient fire in the belly to keep track of flash sales right now. And since I don't currently want anything besides these guys, my total wouldn't bring me into flash sale discount territory anyway. Isn't it usually $75.00 or above or something?

 

Usually it's $15 off $75. To me it's easy to combine an IF set with a MFT or Mech Planet something-or-other to get to the minimum. All of those have been coming out at a faster clip than I can hope to keep up with so by the time another $15 coupon arrives I have plenty of "backlog" to choose from. By going slow, waiting for flash sales and/or eBay bucks, some careful price shopping, my goal is to get the full War Giant for max $120.

 

I also ordered from Netclow, bring on the arms!

Although since I live in The Land of Oz it'll take a while to get here, even if it does get out before CNY.
But they are finally on the way! Bruticus will be complete! HOORAY!!
