I hope not, I like the Drift colors, but don't need two bots like IF's first Drift was sold.

 

I love this one. I even think the head looks great (especially with the face being silver instead of gold), but a comic-style bonus head would be welcome too

 

Hoping so too - either way I'm in, afaik I have everything else they've released so far, why stop now  

 

I picked up the Deadlock by himself from that set.

I'll probably go for the blue one from these two.

 

I think it was only the US online retailers that only had them as a set. They came in two separate boxes I remember. I guess the blue is actually Drift and the red/white one is Wing? I just want the red and white one to go with IF's UM 2.0.

 

Maybe they should use a couple of head designs - use two different ones here. and then again if they want to release a Deadlock / Shattered Glass Drift set as well at a later time. or include an alternative head like Wheeljack toys sometimes gets.

Overall I think he's nice though.

 

Interesting, so we got a Bayformer style Drift, and a Bayformer style Drift in comic colors. I agree with Max Tower, a 2nd head to differentiate them would be good idea. Maybe they could offer the head from Norimune (IF EX-17) on the white/red version. Later they could release an orange version for the RID fans.

 

Love that IF have officially dipped their toes in the movieverse. I don't care if it's not accurate to the movie exactly if it's gonna be small, have good articulation, and be part of the wider line of samurai-inspired bots. I'm loving a lot of what was revealed recently!

Yeah definitely, but I'll take what I can get when it comes to legends scale movieverse stuff since there basically is none.

 

With this version of Drift now... Wonder if I could get someone to repaint my first version as Devcon.

Drift might be my favorite if IF’s Samurai series, love the heavy armor on the shoulders and thighs. The alt mode is nice too and both colorways are tasteful.

Ironhide not lookin too bad either. I'd love it if they did a few more movieverse-inspired figures in this line. I think it's totally doable with how much practice they have and also being more stylized.
